The free Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout the hotel.
Our experience was quite disappointing overall. The noise from the trams outside was unbearable. they rattled the entire building every few minutes, affecting our sleep significantly. Furthermore, the reception staff showed a lack of friendliness, especially towards non-local guests, which made us feel unwelcome. The check-in process was confusing and unhelpful, particularly when we arrived late and struggled to access the kiosk.

i really appreciated the short stroll to both the powder tower, just about 500 meters away, and the vibrant area around wenceslas square, around a 10-minute walk, which made my city exploration super easy and enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my stay in a cozy Classic Family Room with soothing music playing during breakfast, which was a tasty treat! The hotel offers great relaxation spots like a lovely lounge and a serene garden area to unwind after exploring. My only small gripe was the slight noise from the street, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from both the train station and major sightseeing attractions. The building has a charming atmosphere, and my room featured a lovely balcony. The breakfast, highlighted by a great egg station, was enjoyable, although the variety could be more extensive. On the downside, the hotel feels outdated, lacking any renovations, and the customer service did not meet my expectations, especially compared to American standards.
